SAFETY TIPS OF THE MONTH

Keep a bottle of water with yourself at all times in order to keep yourself and your skin hydrated during the harsh weather.
Consume a lot of seasonal fruits and vegetables as it is the best way to keep your skin nourished.
Wearing thick socks can create pressure on your feet and cut off blood circulation. Hence, to keep your feet warm and dry, wear socks that are breathable.
Due to the sudden temperature change, many people fall ill. The best way to prevent this is to dress in layers during seasonal transitions.
Do not sleep with the heater on; leaving the heater on overnight dries out the skin and nasal passages and makes it difficult to breathe properly.
