Mind the weather – and your wardrobe – People are most at health risks during the change of seasons . To protect yourselves from change in temperature and for the body to better adapt to these changes start layering your clothes. It is now essential to wear light coats and jackets and throw-in a little something like scarves or stoles to protect yourself from the light nip in the air.
This winter to keep hydrated, drink hot & healthy cuppas – Start your mornings with a tepid glass of water with a light squeeze of lemon and honey. Supplement your day with frequent doses of green, jasmine or chamomile tea. Always add super fruits and herbs to your pitcher of tepid/ warm drinking water to soak in all the healthy nutrients through the day. Add a healthy supplement like "Turmeric latte" or "Golden latte" to your daily winter night caps.
Oil the skin – Winter is a season which brings with it a quandary of skin issues and the biggest of them all is a 'Nourished and hydrated' skin. Ease your winter skin woes by using baby/olive oil/ almond oil to remove make-up. Instead of night creams. Switch over to applying a light hydrating winter face oil to your skin before you sleep.
