  AFTER VACATION DETOX SAFETY TIPS 
Going on a vacation means indulging in food, drinks, lots of sun and last but not the least jet lag. Here are a few tips that can help you get rid of the vacation hangover.
Having satiating foods and drinks on a vacation can cause bloating. We suggest, make yourself a detox drink with water, lots of berries and lemon to get back in shape.
Jet lag can mess with your daily routine. Get yourself to sleep at your normal sleeping time for at least 7-9 hours.
