TIPS ON WOMEN'S SAFETY

 
March is the month for Women’s Day and Eye Wellness. Below are some safety tips
with regard to these events.
Women's safety
At social gatherings - Don’t leave your drinks unattended and ensure that your pick up and drop arrangements are made well in advance.
Learn Self Defense - No matter your age, self-defense always comes in handy. It is a good form of exercise and is beneficial in unexpected and life threatening situations.
Social Media - Refrain from putting all the personal details on social media and update your privacy setting regularly.
While using public transport - Ensure you inform someone about the vehicle and driver details. Always remain alert. Try not to sleep rather listen to music or talk to someone.
Eye Wellness
Wear a pair of chic protective glasses - Quirk up your daily work look, and protect your eyes by wearing anti-glare or anti-Blu ray glasses. Exposure to the harmful light rays from your mobile phone and computer screens can often weaken your eye muscles. The most simple and stylish solution to this problem is to wear a fancy pair of protective glasses that not only transform your look but also shield your eyes.
Eye Makeup Hygiene - Always ensure you use clean washed makeup brushes while applying eye makeup. In case an artist is doing your makeup, ensure they use new or hygienic brushes.
Schedule regular eye tests - If your vision starts to blur out after looking at your computer screen for a long stretch of time and you feel and headache coming, chances are that your eyesight has weakened, schedule regular eye tests to prevent this from happening.
