COUTURE CULINAIRE- FARM TO FORK FOOD EVENT

DLF Emporio in association with SET'Z saw the city's leading F&B industry influencers and fashion's leading names raised a toast to organic and farm fresh produce at "Couture Culinaire". Amid a lush floral and farm themed setting, the event was conceptualised in order to promote the 'farm to fork' concept wherein ingredients were procured locally from established organic vendors to create a menu that was both modern and sustainable.

The event 'Couture Culinaire' was a food extravaganza with finest selection of canapes, dim sum, sushi and bite sized coastal delights being served by the team of Chef Sathiya at SET'Z.

The specialised menu curated by Chef Satya of SET'Z & Parul Pratap consisted of Caprese Crostini, Goat Cheese Mousse Tarts, Stuffed Mushrom Byadgi Roast, Corn Cabbage Dim Sum, Cheese Pok Choy Dim Sum and Assorted Vegetarian Sushi Rolls with interesting toppings of fresh, locally sourced herbs and 'gari'.
