Arriving just a matter of months after the opening of its stylish Cafe lounge, the Café E, DLF has announced the opening of its advent grade dining destination - Restaurant & Bar. Bringing an unexpected dimension to the dining experience, this contemporary new restaurant embodies DLF’s innovative vision and it will help establishing DLF’s position at the fore of the city’s culinary evolution.

The intricate yet contemporary design has a large landscaped area at the center of the restaurant flanked by six kitchens in a dramatic setting and a lifestyle terrace area."

Located at the top floor of India’s most  luxurious mall – EMPORIO, Restaurant & Bar offers  seven interactive cuisine concepts and an International bakery and confectionary  kitchen. The interactive kitchens specialize in European, Coastal Indian,  Arabic, Thai, and Northern Indian, Chinese and Japanese cuisines. All the seven  cuisines will be represented by their respective Master Chefs with varied  nationalities. A highly experienced chef will take charge of the bakery and the  dessert kitchen.

Designed by the internationally acclaimed SUPER  POTATOES, Restaurant & Bar comprises five distinctive  components: the BAR which will be the area immediately encountered upon  entering the restaurant; a walk in wine cellar; six open kitchens and dining  area,

private and semi private rooms and a fascinating terrace area. Unified by  its clean, modern interior design, Restaurant & Bar presents a stylised interpretation of a dining experience in a dramatic fresh  setting which will be second only to the array of specialities available from  its stunning open kitchens.

Entering Restaurant & Bar through its almost illusionary large glass doors and wooden door, diners  immediately find themselves in a trendy bar with an Australian mixologist as their  affable host.  Serving both as a  destination in itself and an alternative venue to relax, guests here can enjoy  an extensive beverage and mixology menu with a wide variety of high end single  malts, vodkas, individual preferred cocktails, just to name a few.

Whilst the sights and sounds of Restaurant & Bar’s main dining area are apparent  from the bar, it is not until guests enter that its true vibrancy and energy  become tangible. Appearing almost like a stage on which the skilled chefs perform  food theatre, Restaurant & Bar’s exceptional  open kitchens incorporate seven main cooking sections: each complete in all  aspects, be it the wood fired Peking duck oven or the gigantic stone cladded  pizza oven or the char griller for kebabs, to list a bare few.

With the emphasis on the very best, freshest  ingredients, Restaurant & Bar’s menu features  uncomplicated, seasonal dishes highlighted with classic favourites from each  kitchen. Choosing from counter style, or table seating, diners can watch as  meats, seafood and vegetables are prepared and cooked to perfection before  being served either on traditional pottery platters, or in the case of a Peking  duck, fully carved at the table.

Bringing together the very best of East and  West, Restaurant & Bar provides the perfect  complement to a global cuisine with an excellent array of fine wines, good  coffee and a wide selection of popular Western desserts.
