The year 1998 saw the launch of “CUE” by Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna in Delhi which specialized in women's western wear and men's formal wear. At its inception the label, filled the gap created by the then increasing demand for chic western wear in an otherwise ethnic filled fashion market. Since then the label has evolved in many forms, participated in eleven Fashion Weeks and has been awarded at many occasions including the Fashion Awards.Cue draws inspiration from linear structures, geometrical lines, wallpaper and even influenced by modern contemporary art. Prefers a more minimalist look to heavily embellished and ornamented garments and believes in contemporary structured clothing. The focus Iies on clothes that are modern and chic which always have a twist in the end.
This season Cue presents the look to be a combination of easy going silhouettes with refined sensibilities which results in intelligent glam. The collection is about the exploration of the cleverly embellished and uniquely cut possibilities for urban and chic evening wear.
